Return and Cancellation Guidelines

At Hprint-digital, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Because we offer both digital goods (software licenses) and digital marketing services, our refund policies differ based on the product or service purchased.

1. Cybersecurity Software & Digital Products

Software licenses and digital products are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Unused/Unactivated Keys: If the license key has not been activated or linked to an account, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
  • Defective Keys: If a key provided by us is invalid or defective, we will issue a replacement or a full refund upon verification.
  • Non-Refundable: Once a product key has been activated or the software has been downloaded and used, it is generally non-refundable due to the nature of digital goods, except where required by consumer law.

2. Digital Marketing Services

For our marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Website Development, etc.), refunds are processed based on the scope of work:

  • Before Work Begins: If you cancel a service before any work has commenced or an onboarding session has been held, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • During Active Campaigns: Marketing services are billed for time, labor, and strategy. Once work has been executed for a given billing cycle, those specific charges are non-refundable. You may cancel your ongoing subscription or retainer at any time to prevent future billing.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your request. We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
